우리콩, 우리밀로 만든「우리콩간장(샘표)」을 마트에서 찾았다. 참 권하고 싶은 제품이니, 이용하면 여러가지로 좋을 것이다. 수입농산물의 수확후 농약처리, 유전자변형에 대해서 알면 깜짝 놀랄 것이고, 또한 화학첨가물에 대하여 알게되면, 아마 우리 농산물이 얼마나 좋은지 알게 될 것이다. 또한 텃밭의 가치만으로도 시골에서 사는 충분한 가치가 있다는 것을 알게될 것이다.

 

아래는 미얀마 농민을 위해서 본인이 집필하고 있는 영문 벼 영농교본중에서 볍씨 파종에 관한 내용으로, 집필이 일차로 완성된 것이다. 공부하는 사람들을 위해서 공개한다. 65 라고 하는 번호는 교정 출판과정에서 자료를 쉽게 다루기 위해서 임시로 붙여 논 아이디이다. 출판시에는 물론 삭제될 것이다.

 

4) Sowing the seed 64

  A seedbed should be prepared 1 to 2 days before sowing seeds because the mud on surface of the seedbed has to be settled down to keep the scatttered seeds from sinking into the mud. Pregerminated seeds, whose shoot length are 2 to 3 mm, have to be evenly sown for evenly good growth of the seedlings. The rate of seeding is about 100 g per square meter of a seedbed. When seeds are sown too densely, the seedlings become smaller and weaker compared to those of seeds which are sown properly. Seedlings which are thin and weak are more difficult to pull and roots of the seedlings are more prone to injury. For one hectare of main field, 40 to 50 kg of rice seeds are to be prepared depending on cultural conditions.
